The Australian Semiconductor Technology Company (ASTC Pty Ltd) is an exciting new semiconductor design, software and services export company serving the global suppliers and customers of embedded semiconductors. ASTC commenced operations in 2006 and employs around 80 staff based in the Adelaide CBD and Chicago area in the US. Though the ASTC venture is new, the founding team builds on over 12 years of working together as one team servicing multinational companies at the forefront of these industries.
ASTC is looking for several highly talented and driven software engineers with a thorough understanding of microprocessor/controller architectures including peripherals (such as embedded communction protocols such as I2C, USB, CAN, FlexRay, SPI and SCI) and HW/SW embedded development environments, together with demonstrated C++ programming skills for development work in the following domains:
Modeling and simulation of embedded systems
Modeling of SoC IP blocks
